Castillo Behavior Services
Who We Are
CBS was founded in 2023 by Jeanette Lepe, Mayra Castillo, and Enrique Castillo.
It all started with a vision from 2 BCBA’s who wanted to make a difference. This goal included making a difference by raising awareness of ASD within the community and focusing on providing the utmost quality of care to their clients and their family.

Hello, my name is Mayra. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over five years. My passion for supporting children with disabilities stems from witnessing the beauty of their progress through play and meaningful interactions. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Post-Master’s certificate in ABA. I currently serve as a Program Manager at Castillo Behavior Services, where I have the privilege of working alongside a dedicated team to make a lasting impact on the lives of the individuals we serve. I am truly grateful to be in a field that allows me to support and empower others every day.

Lauren Tasso, B.S Public Health
PROGRAM MANAGER
My name is Lauren Tasso and I am one of the Program Managers at Castillo Behavior Services. I’m currently pursuing my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University and studying for the exam to become a BCBA. I’m very passionate about helping out families we serve in the Antelope Valley. My goal is to help our kids gain the skills they need to live fulfilling lives and overcome any boundaries that may be in their way.
Together at Castillo Behavior Services with my wonderful leadership team, I strive to support the growth of our behavior therapists and give our families the support they need as we embark on this journey together!
